Went to Libano and fished in the river for a couple hours. Absolutely alone by the stream EXCEPT for a troop of BONGOS (howler monkeys)……

Spent a bit of time navigating the PUC (equivalent) water office in town to get a water service account. Nice staff, and not too much time chatting in broken Spanish later, opened the account. A family of 4 using water daily pays about the equivalent of $7.00 per month. No minimum fee applicable! I love this place!
Tomorrow I try to get an account at the Banco National ……..
